Annual Tree Farm sessions

Every year I offer my clients the coveted Holiday Mini Sessions - and choose to do so at a beautiful local location. Kip's Tree Farm is a well known local spot, selling holiday trees, wreaths and surrounded some of the most magnificent views in Central MA. The family is gracious enough to allow photographers to utilize their land, allowing me to capture some joyous and treasured memories for families. This is my final year offering mini sessions to the general public. I am shifting how I host them, and offering them only to returning clients from now on. A couple reasons for this, but mainly because I feel the length of a mini session does not allow me to truly capture families and those I do not know. However, with returning families I can easily give them memories in a shorter time frame. Since I have been working with most for over 4 years now, this just feels like a fun time to catch up with them. We laugh, play, decorate a tree or two, hunt for the best tree.. and by the end of the session we are all wiped out. Not unlike my full sessions, I focus more on capturing your families connection than I do posed - look at me and smile - shots.

I try and keep my blog posts short and sweet, who wants to sit here and read a long story about a photo session anyways? You want to look at the photos! So, without further ado, here are some favorites from this years tree farm sessions.
